Alex Oberg, CEO

Sold his first startup to Ticketmaster in 2017 (via Techstars Boston), which became Verified Fan—the world's largest bot protection platform. Post launch, Verified Fan has blocked over 100 billion bot attempts and protected more than $50B in ticket sales. Since then he has held roles on the executive teams at both Ticketmaster and Alterra Mountain Company.

Anna Dorofiyenko, CTO

Mathematician-turned-engineer with a Masters from Moscow Lomonosov State University. Anna has spent her career building the data infrastructure that hundreds of millions of users rely on. As VP of Data Services at Zillow, she led a team of 100+ engineers managing backend systems at scale. Previously built data infrastructure at Ticketmaster/Live Nation and held early roles at MarketShare and Neustar. UCLA Anderson MBA. At Helix she leads the global engineering team.

Mike Hall, CPO

Former Marine and UCLA-trained data scientist. Built the original Tinder matching algorithm and founded its first data team, contributing to over 97 billion matches worldwide. Spent three years at GOAT leading fraud prevention in the high-stakes sneaker resale market, then ran digital for Jordan Brand at Nike. Between Mike and Alex, they've built two of the world's largest anti-abuse platforms protecting billions in transaction value.

Girish Govindarao, Principal Engineer and Lead Architect

With over two decades of experience across technology, finance, entertainment, and consumer platforms, Girish has held senior engineering and leadership roles bridging strategy and execution. His background spans data platforms and large-scale distributed systems, supported by a master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University. He specializes in modernizing legacy systems and leading platform transformations that improve clarity, efficiency, and long-term resilience.
